www.play-and-stay.co.uk is owned and run by Holiday Extras Ltd, we are the UKs market leaders in providing travel products such as airport hotels, airport parking and travel insurance. We successfully look after 2.5 million customers a year and were established in 1983. We are a privately owned business. Can I buy Theme Park tickets on their own?
Unfortunately this is not possible, as our tickets must be purchased as part of a hotel package. We do have some ticket only special offers these can be booked online at www.fun-ticket.co.uk. Back to top

When do I get my tickets?
For bookings we will email a confirmation voucher to you. This will serve as proof of payment for both the hotel and your Theme Park tickets. You will need to exchange this confirmation email at the Group bookings desk at the park to receive your entrance tickets, please take the confirmation email with you. Back to top

What happens if I lose my vouchers before I go?
If you lose this voucher please call us on 0800 9555 980 and we will arrange for a replacement voucher to be re-sent. The original voucher (should you subsequently find it) will be then become void. Back to top

Can I book at short notice?
Yes you can actually book on the day you want to go. Back to top

Do you have a brochure?
We have chosen not to produce a brochure for www.play-and-stay.co.uk as we prefer to keep our website totally up-to-date with the latest prices, availability and information. Back to top

Is breakfast at the hotel incldued in the package?
Most Play-and-Stay packages do include breakfast (but not all), please check carefully before confirming your booking whether you have selected a room only or breakfast included package. Back to top

What if I need to cancel my booking?
Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us. All cancellations must be made through Play-and-Stay. Telephone 0800 9555 980. No refund is made for cancellation of bookings within 24 hours of the date of ticket entrance to the park or within 24 hours of the hotel stay (or after). An administration fee of £15.00 per room per night applies to all other cancellations. Back to top

What if I need to amend my booking?
We will do our best to amend bookings for you, this may increase the price of the original booking if you are adding nights, additional family members or additional rooms. We will not charge you an additional amendment fee however. If the amendment results in a reduction in the price of the original booking we will provide you with a refund on the difference. Any amendments within 24 hours of the date of ticket entrance to the Theme Park or within 24 hours of the hotel stay will be treated as a cancellation. Back to top

What is Paultons Park?
Paultons Family Theme Park in Hampshire, on the edge of the New Forest, offers a great family day out with over 50 different attractions and rides included in the price. The variety of things to see and do includes thrilling and gentle rides, dinosaurs, museums, animated shows, play areas, exotic birds and other fun activities for all ages in garden setting. Where is Paultons Park?
Paultons Park is easy to reach, situated in Hampshire just off exit 2 of the M27. Follow the brown tourist signs on the motorway. Back to top

What times does Paultons Park open and close?
Paultons Park is open from 10:00am and the park closes at various times through out the year between 16:30-17:30. Back to top

Are there height restrictions on the rides?
There are a wide range of rides and attractions for everyone to enjoy. Height restrictions do apply and safety restrictions are posted at individual rides and attractions. Please take a moment to read them carefully before considering for you or your child. Back to top

How long should you allow visiting Paultons Park?
You need to allow at least a whole day in order to enjoy all the attractions at Paultons Park. Back to top

Does PAULTONS offer special facilities for guests with disabilities?
PAULTONS Park is a member of the British Association of Leisure Parks, Piers and Attractions and welcomes visits by disabled visitors and will do everything possible to ensure a safe and pleasurable stay. However, certain rides and attractions in our parks can be physically demanding and vigorous. We therefore reserve the right to refuse admission to certain rides should we feel there is a danger to a particular individual or individuals for whatever reason. Back to top

A number of spaces for disabled persons' vehicles are provided at the top of the car park close to Admissions. Please display your disability badge on your car windscreen so the parking attendants can easily identify you and direct you to the reserved spaces.

Other vehicles can drop-off and pick-up in the open area in front of the admission kiosks and then park in the main car parks.

Guide dogs are permitted into the Park providing they are accompanying the disabled person. A member of your party must remain with the dog at all times. Dogs undergoing training will not be allowed inside the park. Back to top

What should I do if I need first aid?
Paultons Park has a First Aid Centre which is manned by qualified staff and also acts as a Lost Children or Lost Parents meeting point. If you should lose a child, please speak to any member of staff who will be able to seek assistance for you. Back to top

What types of food outlets are there at Paultons Park?
ThereÕs a whole range of great value food available to satisfy all tastes at Paultons Park. Complete your day out by having lunch at Wagoners Self-Service Restaurant or the Station Tearooms. Takeaway kiosks around the Park serve a variety of quick snacks and there are numerous picnic areas. Back to top
